Health happens in communities, in the spaces where we come together, live, and work; where children go to school and play; and where we seek care and services.
North Sound Accountable Community of Health (North Sound ACH) is a nonprofit created by the community to serve our community. We bring partners and communities together, share and organize resources, and support our partners in boosting the health of ALL people across our region. Our goal is for everyone to be as healthy as possible, no matter who they are or where they live.
We support doers — people working to meet the needs of community members. We also support their ideas — to keep building what is needed in our communities. We do this by connecting community partners to each other so they can share ideas and resources and see what is working. Together, we create a connected network working on the biggest health, social, and community needs of our region — creating a space where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
