Rachel joined North Sound ACH as a Partner Engagement Specialist in April 2025. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from American University. Her professional experience spans community-health centers, direct service and policy nonprofits, and public sector settings, and has been centered on creating more equitable conditions for all, through elevating the wisdom and expertise of communities. She brings strong program design and evaluation, strategic planning, and community outreach and engagement skills to the role.
Rachel is drawn to the ACH model because of its multi-system approach to the conditions that she has seen affect her clients, neighbors, friends, and community members. She is guided by community-based participatory approaches, and strongly believes that active collaboration with communities is key to driving meaningful and sustainable change.
