North Sound ACH has launched a learning, advocacy, and action network, open to all community members and organizations seeking to advance a just and inclusive culture and the necessary conditions required for all community members to thrive. Together network members will provide the assets, influence, and leadership for the Collaborative Action Network (the Network).
Network partners are organizations, agencies, collectives, and individuals seeking equitable outcomes within Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties, and our region’s eight Tribal nations.

Our partners represent more than 200 organizations across many sectors, from clinical and social services to transformational justice, food systems, education, refugee and immigrant services, animal welfare, faith-based communities, LGBTQ+ advocacy groups, and so much more. Through the Network, we foster collaborations that break down silos, build relationships, promote resource sharing, and create learning opportunities.
Please fill out this interest form, and our staff will reach out to you with next steps! You can also email Tessa Whitlock (Tessa@NorthSoundACH.org) if you have questions during the process.
Meet the Partner Engagement Team!
North Sound ACH’s Partner Engagement Team is here to support and strengthen our growing network of partners. You may notice some familiar faces, along with new team members who bring fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to equity, connection, and collective well-being across our region. The team’s role is to:
- – Build and nurture strong relationships with partners
- – Identify shared goals and opportunities for collaboration
- – Ensure partners have access to the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive
With diverse lived experiences and areas of expertise, the Partner Engagement Team is uniquely positioned to walk alongside partners, amplify community voices, and foster collaboration across systems. Resource Library
The North Sound Resource Library is designed to make the wisdom, innovations, and best practices that already exist in North Sound accessible, and to link North Sound resources to national frameworks and thought partners. In collaboration with the Institute for People, Place, & Possibility and Community Initiatives Network.
We recognize that resources live in many forms: people, places, traditions, reports, webinars, videos, podcasts, checklists, tools, and more. These resources are contributed by library users, and ACH-sponsored events and programs, such as the Network Learning Series and Partner Convenings. Visit the library to learn more!
