Kitty joined North Sound ACH in April 2025 as a Learning and Development Manager. She has over eighteen years of experience in workforce development, learning and development, and education/adult training programs. She values creativity and is passionate about promoting professional growth and development, as well as the success of diverse individuals. She possesses vast experience working in partnership with non-profit organizations, community colleges, government agencies, and business entities and corporations.
Kitty graduated from Seattle University with a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational and Organizational Learning and Leadership (EOLL) and earned her Master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education from Western Washington University. Prior to her current professional career, she was a mental health therapist and worked with a diverse population and background.
Kitty enjoys working in a team environment and values diverse perspectives, approaching collaboration with a clear focus on the big picture. Outside of work, Kitty enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and trying new food.
