Frances joined the North Sound ACH as Human Resources Manager in March 2025. Frances brings over 11 years of experience in human resources, supporting both domestic and global organizations focused on social justice, human rights and financial literacy. Her career continues to build on a commitment to equity, organizational development, and cultivating inclusive workplace cultures.

Before her career in human resources work, Frances held roles in healthcare and health research. She is excited to contribute her experience to support North Sound ACH’s mission while continuing to grow her understanding of the health, social and community needs of our North Sound region.
