Esther Carpenter

Care Coordinator Specialist (she/her)

Esther joined North Sound ACH in August 2025 as a Care Coordinator Specialist on the Care Coordination Team. She is a proud first-generation college graduate, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health/Global Health from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Born and raised in Skagit County, Esther is deeply committed to serving the community that helped shape her. Her lived experiences growing up in a low-income, single-parent household instilled in her a firsthand understanding of the barriers many individuals face when accessing resources. Her work is grounded in a commitment to making systems more accessible and supportive for those who are often left out. She believes in the power of community and connection, and is dedicated to amplifying community voices through collaborative culturally appropriate care.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her 3 year old dog, gardening in the summer, exploring Farmers Markets across the North Sound region, and sharing meals with family and friends.
