Elle joined North Sound ACH in March 2025 as our new Hub Communications Specialist. With a focus on nonprofit marketing and communications, she specializes in fostering meaningful connections across diverse communities and inspiring positive change through education and awareness. Before moving to the North Sound region, she played a key role in several impactful initiatives across Nevada and Arizona, including leadership programs, fundraising campaigns, outreach in tribal communities, and policy advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Media Studies from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Elle enjoys exploring cuisines and sharing a meal with friends and family.
