Rick Levine, MD (he/him) is a dedicated pediatrician based in Mount Vernon, WA. After more than 30 years of caring for children and families in the Skagit Valley, he recently transitioned from full-time clinical practice. Today, he continues to serve part-time with Skagit Regional Health, where he’s focused on expanding their Integrated Behavioral Health Program.

Rick is deeply passionate about family-centered care and champions inclusive, community-led efforts that help children and families thrive. A long-time partner of North Sound ACH, he brings decades of clinical insight and leadership, paired with an unwavering commitment to health equity, meaningful collaboration, and reimagining systems to better serve all communities.
