Shanon Hardie (she/her) joined Unity Care NW as Chief Operating Officer in 2011, helping them with strategic planning and realizing goals of expansion, NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition, Meaningful Use compliance and improvement in their operations, patient satisfaction and quality care measures.

Shanon has over 33 years of health care experience, including 30 in progressive leadership roles. Prior to serving as COO for Unity Care NW, she served as Vice President of Operations for Sea Mar Community Health Centers, where she was responsible for the operations of their primary care clinics, their quality improvement program, expansion to new service areas, JCAHO certification for their ambulatory care program, and the transition to electronic medical records.

Shanon thrives and finds great personal satisfaction working in a not-for-profit, community health center environment.
