Petra Karpsteinova (she/her) joined the North Sound ACH as Chief Financial Officer in May 2025. Petra has over 15 years of experience working as a member of the executive team, managing finance, revenue cycle, information technology and compliance. Prior to joining Planned Parenthood, Petra worked as a senior auditor for Deloitte, in Prague, Czech Republic. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Prague. Petra is a CPA and a member of Washington State Society of CPAs. 

With more than 17 years of experience working in health care and non-for-profit sector, Petra’s knowledge expands beyond financial management into clinical operations and government funding regulations. Her focus is on the strategic use of health care information in leveraging state’s healthcare transformation efforts with Planned Parenthood’s operational priorities. 

Outside of the office, Petra loves the outdoors; hiking, skiing, camping, photography.
