Laura serves as Associate Director of Operations for UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Community Plan.  She has been with UHC for over five years, and has been working with the ACHs prior to their inception; first with CHOICE Regional Health Network (Cascade Pacific Action Alliance, CPAA); and then with Elevate Health within they were housed within Tacoma Pierce County Health Department (TPCHD). While at TPCHD she facilitated multiple ACH workgroups and committees, and developed the original board of directors. 

In her current role, Laura serves as a liaison to the health plan for all statewide Medicaid Transformation Project and ACH related activities. She holds a Masters of Public Health degree, with over 20 years of experience in the field of population health management.
