Erica has strong ties throughout the five counties of the North Sound region, and joined the ACH team in 2020. She has coordinated public education programs in the fire service, trained emergency medical first responders, and also coordinated an international exchange program with China at Western Washington University for almost a decade, where she also lectured in university classes.
