Arlesia joined the North Sound ACH team as Chief Transformation Officer in March 2024. Arlesia is strengthened by her relationships with her family and deep connection with the community, anchoring her in her nearly 30 years of working in health care. After leading health equity investments and culturally responsive program development in pediatric health systems in Seattle, Arlesia is also a co-founder and partner at a health equity and social justice consulting firm supporting health systems nationally.

At the ACH, Arlesia sees the value of bringing different perspectives, meaningful conversations, and connecting ideas and people. “In the thick of things, it’s hard to look up and out; it’s hard sometimes to remember to breathe – I want to help people look up and out, catch their breath, and reimagine the possibilities.”
