Marissa Ingalls is a Manager, External Relations, for Coordinated Care of Washington. She previously worked for the University of Washington in the Office of State Relations and as a Legislative Assistant in the Washington State Senate for Senator Nick Harper. Her professional experience also includes internships with the Office of Senator Maria Cantwell, Northwest Washington office, and at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, in Washington, D.C. She holds a master’s degree in
Political Science with a concentration in TransAtlantic Relations (University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill), a bachelor’s degree in European Studies with a minor in History (University of Washington), and a certificate in Public Relations & Strategic Communications (UW Continuum College).
In her personal life, Marissa resides in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of Seattle with her spouse, Jordan, and their very spoiled cat, Palmer. They enjoy Carolina basketball (Go Heels!), international travel, podcasts, home improvement projects, and having only one set of student loans left to pay off. Marissa is also a lifelong swimmer.
