Proposal Timeline

• September 27, 2023: Open Proposal Process
• October 20, 2023: Letters of Intent due
• October 23 – November 3, 2023: Letters of Intent reviewed by Steering Committee
  • Possible follow-up regarding project submissions
• November 9, 2023: Final voting by the Steering Committee on Project Proposals
• November 14, 2023: Letters of Project Funding released
• December 1-31, 2023: MOU Development & Signatures
