In 2022, North Sound ACH launched five Collaborative Action Network cohorts. These cohorts will be composed of community leaders in the North Sound who will co-create the learning and advocacy journey, as well as identify priority areas to advance equitable well-being and address systemic racism and discrimination. We have three different layers of joining the cohorts – depending on your organization’s capacity, from a learning commitment to a planning and design commitment – all will help co-create this work.
These cohorts hold up the shared beliefs and principles of our Commitments.
