As a nonprofit corporation, the North Sound Accountable Community of Health has a Board of Directors with fiduciary responsibility for the organization, setting the vision and strategic direction. Liz Baxter, MPH serves as the Chief Executive Officer and reports to this Board. They are responsible for monitoring and reviewing the CEO’s performance.
