As a nonprofit corporation, the North Sound Accountable Community of Health has a Board of Directors who have fiduciary responsibility for the organization, setting the vision and strategic direction. The Board hired Liz Baxter, MPH to serve as the Chief Executive Officer and they are responsible for monitoring and reviewing her performance. The Board includes leaders from across our five counties and has members from physical and behavioral health, health plans, hospitals, primary care, social services, philanthropy and tribal nations.
